TriLockSafe is a self-hosted document security and eSignature service. We collect only what is needed to operate the service, encrypt it in transit and at rest, process it on U.S.-based infrastructure, and never sell or share your personal information.
We collect only the limited information needed to provide the service:
To create and operate your workspace; to deliver, protect, and enforce access rules on your documents; to run the eSignature workflow and produce a Certificate of Completion; to secure the service and detect abuse; to respond to your inquiries; and to comply with law. We do not use your information for advertising.
TriLockSafe uses only strictly necessary, first-party cookies needed to operate the site and remember your preferences. We do not use analytics, performance, functional-advertising, or targeting cookies, and we do not deploy third-party tracking — including the LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically.
All connections are served over HTTPS using modern TLS (1.2/1.3) with HSTS, so data is encrypted in transit. Documents, keys, metadata and audit records are stored encrypted at rest on secure U.S. cloud infrastructure. Data residency is the United States only — customer data is stored and processed in the USA and does not leave the country. Access is one-time-code (OTP) gated, sessions are short-lived and HMAC-signed, each client is an isolated tenant, and every open, print and signature is logged to a tamper-evident trail. A first-party security monitor inspects traffic and blocks abusive sources at the server.
TriLockSafe does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not process sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right-to-limit option. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; none occurs here, and you may still record an opt-out preference, which we honor along with the GPC signal.
Subject to law, you may request to know/access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (none occurs). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, or sell or share the personal information of, individuals under 16.
We keep account, document, and audit data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You can request deletion of your workspace data at any time.
The service runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure (hosting, storage, edge) and uses a transactional email provider to deliver one-time codes and completed documents; payments are processed by Stripe. These providers act as service providers/processors under contract and do not receive your data for their own advertising. Links to third-party sites are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
